1.On the calendar entry privacy... For years I have really wanted to see an additional level of privacy control. Specifically, it would be nice if a document could be open to the public, private to MY team, and then private to me. I can't tell you how many times I would have liked my team to see when/where I was, but I didn't want it publicized to the world. My only options were to mark it as private or available to all.

This has been available for years via the Access and Delegation tab in the Mail Preferences. Many of our users opt for allowing only a select team to view their calendar while marking specific entries private to hide them from that team.
